We specialize in small group travel for private golf and country club members from the USA. The vast majority of our clients travel in groups of 6-10 couples or friends on pre-designed offers.
We also custom-build trips for groups of any size, to any destination, anywhere in the world.
Matthew Kent is our founder and managing director. He began his career in professional golf across South Africa, Europe and the USA. Matt has lived and played in over 50 countries worldwide, and now spends his time in between South Africa and the United States, and hosting his clients on trips around the world.
Since 2015, Matthew has been earning the trust and confidence of hundreds of travellers as a tour director and travelling host. His clients’ highlights have included exclusive access to the world’s top golf courses, experiencing the majesty of gorilla trekking, witnessing the great migration of wild game in East Africa, and indulging in Big 5 safaris at untouched private game reserves. Matt and Didi Kent and their partner Warren were absolutely amazing. In all our travels, and there have been many, we have never had such hands on participation from the travel company. Kent World Travel was with us the entire trip. NOTHING was too much, with 20 people things come up ie: sickness, lost items, not following rules. Matt and Didi handled everything with selflessness and grace. The trip was fantastic. The places we stayed, the food, the safari, golf, wineries, table mountain, Victoria Falls... we visited were all amazing. We will travel with Kent World Travel again!!! They are wonderful.

Just as important was that Matt and Didi are incredibly likeable and personable and very quickly on the trip everyone felt like they had made great new friends rather than simply being escorted by Tour Operators. Scott Malaney2023-09-20It’s difficult to express meaningful daily detail because of the diversity of our trip. Suffice it to say Matt and Didi put together a fun, diverse, and active set of daily experiences for us. We began in the far southern region of South Africa (basically Capetown), all the way to Zambia and Victoria Falls, with stops in George and Kruger National Park in between. For me, the trip was a “10”, maybe an “11”. The experiences were fantastic. But, the key ingredient to the “secret sauce” was the incredible ability of Matt and Didi to not only manage EVERY detail of the trip, but to actively engage and enjoy the experiences with us. They are extremely good at what they do and how they do it. As far as any of us could tell, the word “no” is not in their lexicon. In one word, “magnificent”.

Every detail was completely thought out, from travel plans, accommodations, and all the incredible towns, attractions, and golf courses we visited. The way they turned 16 people into a family was one of the best parts, because of this trip I now have friends for life. Matt and Didi were the perfect host and two people that have personalities that attracts anyone to them.
